Yes, I know I said I'd update.

And now I am.  Lots and lots to talk about today.  Most notably, my dog Tippin.  I just heard from my parents early today that the sweet little puppy I picked out when I was 13 years old will not be with us much longer.  She has an inflammation in her brain and possibly a severe inner ear infection.  Both of these are causing her to have very bad seizures and she has completely lost control of her balance.  This is very devastating news to both me and my family.  She has been a part of this family for so long that it's hard to think of a visit to my parents' house without seeing her there.  I have been crying off and on all day but Lucy has been a big help by giving mommy lots of kisses and visiting with my other dog Maddie so she won't get sad too.

In much much lighter news, as I am in need of heavy distraction, the movie is done!  My first feature motion picture is officially in post production. As great a feeling as this is, I miss being on set so badly that I feel utterly bored at the salon. I always have such a hard time getting out of "set mode" and having done that particular project for so long, it has been more difficult than usual.  When a film crew works for that long on one project, we tend to turn into battle buddies more than anything else. I find it almost hard to believe I won't be working with the same exact crew again and that makes me a little sad too.
